I forgot my password. What can I do?
Simply click on “Forgot password?” below the login field. You will receive a link by email shortly that you can use to set a new password. Users without an email address, please contact your supervisor.
I have not received an activation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk mail folder. Sometimes it can take a few minutes for the email to be delivered. If nothing has arrived after 10 minutes, try registering again or contact your supervisor.
I cannot log in despite entering the correct information. What is the cause?
Make sure your email address is spelled correctly and that your password’s case sensitivity is observed. If this does not work, please contact your supervisor.
How can I delete my user account?

Can I really register without an email address?
Yes, that is possible. All you need is a username of your choice (and a password). No email address is required.
Your username is automatically generated from your first and last name during registration (in the format Vorname Nachname, e.g. Eva Muster). Please use this name for your login.
